The people of the village are the highlight of this place. They have a different level of unity and energy. They are always very welcoming whether it be at midnight or early morning. They work really hard to maintain the beauty and serenity of this place. They are very good at heart and would go out of their way, just to help you if needed.

The beach has a lot of visitors during the weekends but still is unknown to many. It is that diamond that not many find. When in Kelve, don’t be shocked by the extremely good and well-maintained roads unlike many of the developed cities around us.

The coconut trees and classy wooden bungalows in Kelve surely give one a feeling of being around Goa. The weather is so pleasant that one can fall in love. It is one of those rare places around the city where you can see stars in the night and if you are lucky enough, shooting stars will leave you mesmerised. The dusk and dawn in Kelve are breathtaking. The beach has a long extending belt of beautiful pine and coconut trees spread across the whole seashore.

But unlike Goa, this beach is a lot more cleaner, less crowded, well maintained and most importantly just an hour away from the city of Mumbai. Kelve if it comes into the limelight can be the perfect weekend getaway destination for all people in and around Mumbai.
