Honestly if your getting to work in the Himalayas in your late teenage or early twenties then all you can is that your blessed. But getting selected is the easiest part surviving the weather & keeping the passion going is hard bit. We are expecting self motived individuals who are pro active with getting work done & hungry to take on more responsibilities.
work at tlow is evaluated in terms of points. Your work will be allocated & evaluated via our in-house online system. So we need people who are tech savvy and have their own laptop, smart phone & camera. Since tlow is a Backpacking company we also expect the person to have excellent communication skills both spoken & written. We will only consider people who are flawless in English.
As you will be working in Yolo Camping & be stationed in other guest houses in Parvati Valley we expect you to leave all kinds of vices (Alcohol, Drugs, flirting) back in your home town before embarking on this journey.
Since this is the age of content we expect you to work on daily, weekly & monthly content projects which will be given by our team & some topics which you will have to come up with on your own.
If your expecting to go on tlow backpacking trips around Parvati Valley, Ladakh , Spiti Valley or North East then all we expect from you is to excel in three areas
Four weeks at Yolo Manali

Learn to take pictures, videos.
3 blogs a week (topics will be given )

Work will be evaluated in terms of points
After certification you’ll be given a short term contract of 90-120 days {payment will be 10-15k per month}.
Not eligible for tlow trips.
First 4 weeks at Yolo Manali
3 weeks at Yolo Kasol

6 Sales per week
Weekly content creation projects
Work will be evaluated in terms of points
Fluent English (read/write) is essential
After certification you’ll be given a 365 days contract of {payment will be 15-20k per month}.
Eligible for tlow trips in Himachal only.
First 5 weeks at Yolo Manali
4 weeks at Yolo Kasol
Three weeks at Yolo Manali to submit your final project and complete any pending content work.
