1. Trip to Kata Noi Beach

There’s a small bay just a short drive away from Kata beach called the “Kata Noi” beach. Although a small beach but the scenery will blow your mind, it’s breathtaking. One can always go there to take some time out and relax, walk along the soft sand or take a dip. One can also go to the Kata viewpoint to look across at the bays of Karon, Kata and Kata Noi. Best time to visit the beach is between November and April as swimming would be dangerous in the monsoon season.

2. See the Phuket Big Buddha

Phuket Big Buddha is one of the famous landmarks in Phuket. The Buddha is at the top of Nakkred hill and is forty-five meters tall. When on top, one will be able to get a splendid view of the island. You will also notice that its very quiet and peaceful there apart from the dharma music and the little bells, you don’t want to miss this experience. The Buddha is made out of Burmese marble and sparkles in the sun.

3. The Karon Viewpoint

The Karon Viewpoint is a very famous tourist attraction in Phuket and is mostly crowded on a daily basis. The viewpoint gives a view of the Andaman sea on direction and points towards the three west coast beaches of the island on the other.

4. Wat Chalong

Another popular place to visit in Phuket is Promthep Cape which is a rocky headland and runs right into the sea and is located at the southwestern coast.
