1. Relax at Kudle beach
Kudle is not like any Goan beach where you will find crowds on every beach. Kudle beach doesn’t have much crowd, one can just lie on the sand and have a good time.
Sunset by the sea is the best thing you can witness at Kudle. A beautiful evening sunset can be enjoyed by sitting or lying on the sand by the seashore.
3. Eat-in the shacks
At Kudle beach, there are many cafes which are decorated beautifully. One can have prawn pizza served on a banana leaf or simply have Nutella ice cream milkshake.
4. Fly kites
One can fly kites at the beach no matter how small or big. If you don’t know how to fly, the wind at Kudle beach will help you.
5. Play volleyball
You can have your own ball or just simply ask any of the cafes and borrow a volleyball to play. Playing volleyball at the beach is the best thing. Play with your friends or if you are alone just join anyone on the beach.
6. Flea market
Every evening some foreigners come and sell handmade stuff and souvenirs like magic stickers, handmade bird feathers, etc.
7. Ferry ride
Take a ferry ride to Paradise beach or Half Moon beach and if you are lucky you may spot some dolphins playing in the sea. One advice, always takes a shared ferry which is cheaper than hiring a personal ferry.
8. Hike on the hills
Reach beaches by just hiking or walking on a black burnt stone. You can reach any beach by just hiking from one hill to another hill. But be safe while hiking because the stones are sharp.
9. Buy some fancy malas
You will find many locals on the beach selling colourful malas of different types like Rudraksha mala, black stone mala, colourful anklets and bracelets. They sell this at reasonable rates, you can try your bargaining skills if you want.
10. Try some south Indian
In Gokarna, you will never sleep hungry or if you don’t want to spend much on fancy food. In just ₹150 you will get – dal, chapati, sambar, rice, curd and a sweet.
