We at YOLO believe in enlightening the creative spirits out of your mind. Our workplace is not four-walled. You can work by the riverside, by the tents and we also have the treehouse, if you are looking at getting your super creative space out.

Taking care of the campsite, hosting people across the world are some of the things you will learn. At YOLO, we host campers across the globe, you get to meet backpackers and tourists, here’s your chance to brush up on your knowledge on travel. To evangelize the art of backpacking and spread the culture across.
3. Diverse work culture
At YOLO, people from across the world will join the team, you will meet people from around the world, share culture and study the art of travel. The diverse work environment helps be open-minded and positive towards tasks. The team will be your family in no time.
4. Backpacker friendly work environment
YOLO is located in Kasol, the land of backpackers. The workplace is surrounded by the Himalayas, Parvati Valley and acres of the farm. We have high-speed internet, camera tools like the GoPro, monopod, gorilla tripod, tripod, rucksacks, in-house training ground to improve your physical and mental health, both.
5. Learn to be independent
At YOLO, you are on your own. You are free to figure your day out, your daily routine and be productive. Be sure to make decisions on your own while managing your time wisely.
6. Learn to cope with physical and mental pressure
Cope up with physical and mental stress during the training program itself to get the first-hand experience of how it is like to blend your mind and body together. You will be working under pressure to improve your management skills along with the endurance training to improve your physical ability to deal with things while on the road.
7. Your stay, food and travel is on the house
Of course, your stay, food and travel are entirely on us. You will be travelling as soon as you unlock the internship and going to Parvati Valley trips across Tosh, Pulga, Malana and Kheerganga.
8. Meet people from around the world
At YOLO, you will be meeting campers from across the globe. This is your chance to make friends, learn about different cultures, traditions and mindset.
9. Learn event management skills
At YOLO, we have a couple of events like Urban Clans and seasonal activities like retreats, cultural events, etc. You can get an opportunity to market these events all across the valley, host campers and help them have a good time at YOLO.
10. Brush up on your content creating skills
At the backpackers training program, you will be trained to make videos, marketing collaterals for different social media handles, blogs on travel in and around the valley. You will also learn and master the GoPro for pictures, videos and video timelapse creation.
