Reasons to join fitness retreat

Over the past decade, the number of obese people has increased exponentially. Most people have neglected their health by consuming food just to quench their temporary thirst for food or if they are mentally stressed. This has led to a number of health-related issues including diabetes, heart stroke, weakness which is due to unstable diet routine, joint ache because of lack of calcium intakes and arthritis which is seen in adults of 35 years and more commonly seen in 40-50 years old people. 

Our grandparents always used to tell us to eat in time and sleep on time when we were kids. At that point in time, we never used to listen to them always because we were not mature enough to understand the importance of what they said. Now, we know it starts important and yet we neglect our needs for our own body. 

Purpose:

The core purpose of the fitness retreat is to spread awareness to everyone and to build a community of people who will further spread the awareness of health and the importance of exercises. 

Type of Workouts

Our fitness retreat has all the basic workout which includes push-ups, squats, abdominal and Cardio. The explanation for all the workouts will be given while you are working out. A demonstration of the workout will be given before each workout activity. On the first day, we will introduce you to the pre-workout exercise. Pre-workout exercises are important as these exercises are a full-body workout to warm up your muscles and prevent them from getting cramps or getting exhausted before they even start to work. 

Techniques

We will then move to the basic workouts where everyone will follow the command of the instructor present. This won’t be like the gym workout and will be more like an activity so it won’t be boring for sure. Rest assured you will carry some good knowledge of exercises by the end of each session. As an added bonus we will also be conducting a session for self-defence for everyone where the instructor will teach you the basics technique on how to throw punches, kicks and blocks. Later we will move to a combination of strikes and blocks as this will challenge your brain to multitask body parts of the body. As the session progresses you are taught how to defend yourself from a standing choke from all sides, collar grab and hand grab.

In each session, the workouts will be given according to your stamina which we will come to know during the first few sessions and would advise you on how to improve your stamina. We will also conduct an Aqua workout session which will surely be a fun session and a memorable one. Along with all this, a stay meal plan will be given out to you so that you have the knowledge on how to lose fat on your own without taking extra personal training which would cost you a minimum of ₹5000 monthly and annually it comes up to 60,000. And all this will be included in the package along with your stay. So don’t worry about anything more. All you got to have to do is book the dates for the course as there is a limited number for this course.
