The north east has been my bucket list for quite a while now.. i came across TLOW’s page while randomly surfing facebook. and for some reason , it just felt right , like I was meant to go. And here I am , in shillong today, freezing happily in 11 degree c. temperature. Everyone want a trip that is afforadable, but memorable. And this is where TLOW stands out among the whole lots of lot of others trip organisers. Kaziranga, Majuli (Bamboo huts stay), Mowlyngong, Dawki, Cherapunji…
all this was covered backpacking. coming back to room all tired but with the whole lot of unforgotable memories is just what is was expecting.
To be Honesh, I discovered myself a little more on this trip. The serenity I felt while sitting under living root bridge is rare and only the lucky ones experience it. This is what I felt at every location:
The cool breeze blatantly teased me, the dark night acted as the perfect temptress, The chitter chatter of the people around me could not disturb the calm within me, Mother nature enfolded me with her unconditional warmth, and as i smiled to myself , I also promised myslf to engage more sincerely and honesty with her.
A great job TLOW and I and definately coming back for more ..
