12 Must-haves for tlow employees
Is travel your first love? Have you ever imagined you’d get a job where you would be able to travel for the rest of your life? What if I told you that’s possible? And travel could be your life.
Here at tlow, we only look for life skills and motivated people to employ, if you think you have it in you, then you’re more then welcome to join the team. A few pointers to help you gauge if you are able to cope with the program.

Eighteen plus
You would need to be above the age of 18 in order to work with us. Focus on your studies and as soon as you turn 18, you can start with our internship.
Be clean
No vices will be tolerated during working hours. Out of the working premises, you are the boss of your own decisions, you can do as you please. However, at work you would need to be completely sober.
Tlow == Simple life
If you have the whole city life attitude, it would be better if you stayed there as this life isn’t for you. If you are humble and don’t have a lot of demands and don’t have materialistic wants, then you’re exactly who we’re looking for.
Extrovert
Talking to new people will be something you’d be doing on a daily basis. So being an introvert is out of the question.
Story telling
You should be able to make people listen to you. It’s not always what you talk that draws people’s attention. It’s the way you talk that does.
Good karma believer
By this we mean, you need to an honest person. Not only to us but to yourself self as well.
Outdoor person
There’s a lot of travel in our work, so you would need to be someone who loves going out, enjoys the rains and doesn’t mind getting his or her hands dirty.
Love for content
Anyone can take pictures just for the sake of it. Not that the picture comes out bad but it’s not the best. However, someone who really knows what’s a good picture, will take his time and do whatever needed to get the best shot. These are the people we are looking to hire.
Working from the phone
Almost all work here can be done from your phone. So you need to be quick with your typing and getting all the work you’ve been allotted done through your phone.
Home sickness
Before joining the team, I would strongly suggest you come to terms with yourself and decide whether you really want to do this. Homesickness is something you won’t know you can get, till it happens to you.
Open to learning
If there’s something you don’t know you can always learn it here. But only if you want to learn is when you’ll be able to do it. So being open to learning is the key element to working with us.
Problem solving abilities
Your problem-solving abilities will be put to test while you arer here. There will be a lot to deal with and it totally depends on how you handle the situation at the moment without panicking.
