Goa is a haven for those seeking the sun, surf and sand. Everyday thousands of tourists get into the sunny southern state to have a good time. These include couples, friends and families. The food and cheap alcohol also add to the appeal of India’s smallest state. Here are some of the must eat foods when in Goa.

  1. Ros omlette – The chicken curry with omlette served with bread is a breakfast special while in Goa. The local delicacy is available at most small outlets across Goa. This is a must eat.
  2. Patal bhaji – A coconut curry with chana or pulses and potatoes is an authentic vegetarian breakfast. Even non-vegetarians will love this dish served with bread or puris.
