Gone are the days where Leh Ladakh had just BSNL. The union territory as of 2022 is pretty much. Around 97% covered with Airtel and Jio 4G network. The only thing to keep in mind is that you will need a postpaid sim to work in the union territory. Prepaid sims wont work and Vodafone network isn’t there in Ladakh. WiFi is also pretty much available all over Leh-Ladakh.

Leh’s main market in particular is paradise for shopping. You’ll need at least two full days if you plan on checking out every shop in the market. Remember bargaining is a skill which will come very handy and online payment is the best way to pay for anything you shop. Everyone in Leh market is digital when it comes to payment.

Plenty of options when it comes to roof top cafés and restaurants. The rooftop cafés make a romantic setting for a early evening dinner where you can catch a glimpse of the sunset and at the same time enjoy some good food

BRO has the roads taken care of, while the Ladakh Taxi unions have the vehicles taken care of and the two of them blend like bread and butter. So it’s as smooth as what it can be in terms of all effort to keep things safe.
