How tlow Reinvented The Yash Resort Bhandardara

We started with the dead zone at the resort, a place which was pretty much in tatters. 

The dead zone was by the pool with nothing but trees and half finished games room. The games room was converted into Yolo Cafe 2.0 & launched on the 2nd of October 2021. The rest as they say is a story to tell for everyone who has been to The Yash Resort Bhandardara ever since tlow has taken over the property. 

Pay per person and not per room 

The very first thing we changed back in September 2020 when tlow took over was to start selling per person rather than the conventional room base sales. Doing so helped us make the villas affordable to young groups who are looking for a place to party. 

Rooms are named after countries 

A room number is similar to a prison inmate number, so at tlow we do it differently. Here all the rooms at The Yash resort (tyrb) are named after countries. So each time you come to tyrb you will be staying in a different country.  

Yolo Cafe 2.0 

 Some say Yolo Cafe is life, others say it’s the best thing that has ever happened to The Yash Resort. Yolo Cafe can be best described as the most random & versatile place within the resort. This tlow powered cafe is the heartbeat of tyrb & the vibe that’s created around the place is the epitome of positivity and fun. 

Tyrb arena for games 

The lawn area which was a dead zone and used only for weddings before tlow came in is now converted into “tyrb Arena” the rocks near the basketball hoop are converted into a art canvas open to travellers. The rest of the space is used for our Urban clans outdoor games which are a unique blend of games made out of scrap. 

Team tlow 

This is where the game changes completely. You won’t just have a host but actually someone who cares about your holiday. From the time you book till the time you reach home and everything in between your #teamtlow member will help make your holiday at tyrb worth every second spent. 

Hippie nights 

As the sunsets and the solar lights come alive. The ambience around Yolo Cafe and the pool clubbed with retro English music will definitely bring out the hippie in you. The night vibe will definitely leave a lasting impression on you for years to follow.  

Merchandise for all 

Anyone who comes to tyrb leaves with something. The tlow powered merchandise isn’t   the regular toiletry kit that you have come to accept as a take away. But we at tlow do it differently. Fridge magnets and laptop stickers are for everyone who step foot into Yolo Cafe. Regardless of if you’re spending a night in the resort or not. For all those who decide to stay a night you get to pick from coffee mugs, sling bags & t-shirts. 

Art and more art 

The Yash Resort has been transformed into an art gallery. You’ll find various art projects over the 3.5 acre property. Most of which are photo booths to help you create content from your holiday. We also have art based activities which travellers can collaborate in.  Word art and hand art as an absolute must for everyone who comes to tyrb.  

DIY and Bean Bag setups around Yolo Cafe 

Everything you see around the tlow powered Yolo cafe 2.0 is made out of scrap or scrap that’s been recycled. The reason for such a unique setup is because we wanted to keep things as random as what random can get. Because life as you know it is random. You’ll be amazed by the creativity that Yolo cafe has to offer. 

Boat in the pool 

All resorts have a pool but none have a boat in the pool. Why did we add a boat in the pool? Reason being how many of them actually know how to paddle a boat? And there isn’t any better & safer place to learn to paddle a boat other than in the pool. So we added a boat to the pool as an activity. 

Pictures and videos for everyone 

Content is what we consider as the cherry on the cake for your holiday experience with us at tlow. So what better way than to bundle your best moments in pictures and videos. The pictures are shared once you and your group members leave a review on google. The videos come out in the form of a YouTube video and IGTV video. The link for the same is shared by your tlow host.

Child cost till 17 years and 364 days 

At tlow our core aim is to help make travel more affordable and we know as children turn into teenagers parents find it extremely hard to take them on holidays. At times when you need a holiday as a growing adult in a middle class family, you have no option but to visit a relatives house or head back to your home town and then classify it as a holiday. So we have changed it here to help everyone afford a holiday.  Till you’re under 18, we offer the same child plan from five years to 17 years and 364 days. So remember at tyrb family holidays are now affordable.

Candle light night vibe

When was the last time you had a candle light dinner?? It’s something which has pretty much gone extinct over the years. At Yolo cafe every night regardless of what the occasion is, your night dine inn will be a candle light dinner. Reason being it’s all about bringing back nostalgia.
