About the job:

Job involves:
  1. Welcoming and greeting customers in the cafe and efficiently determining their needs and interests
  2. Recruiting, training, and supervising café staff.
  3. Preparing weekly work schedules for staff and finding suitable replacements in cases of staff absence.
  4. Ordering , receiving and stocking items for the cafe including supplies that are retail items.
  5. Receiving delivered café supplies and verifying that the correct items and quantities have been delivered.
  6. Resolving customer complaints regarding food quality and customer service.
  7. Identifying strategies to retain and attract customers.
  8. Maintains a clean work environment


  • Basic computer skills required.
  • Proven management experience in the hospitality industry.
