About the job:

Job involves:
  1. Maintaining bookings and all the operational work related to bookings of Properties.
  2. Answer phone calls and customer questions related to booking in a professional manner.
  3. Sort and distribute mails to office staff
  4. Draft and review office letters and documents.
  5. Management of Merchandise.
  6. Perform cash management and bank reconciliation activities in accordance with company policy and procedures.
  7. Perform travel arrangements, events planning/coordination, and other related activities.
  8. Manage operation and maintenance of office equipment such as printers, Copy Machiner, etc.
  9. Maintain safe and clean office workspace.

Requirements:

  1. Laptop
  2. Advanced written & spoken English
  3. Sound Knowledge of Social Media editing tools
  4. Graduate

Skill(s) required

  1. MS-Office
  2. MS-PowerPoint
  3. MS-Excel
  4. English Proficiency (Spoken)

Perks + Salary
