Day 1: Board bus from Mumbai/Pune to Satara at 9 pm. Day 2: Reach Satara by 4 am and check into a guest house/ lodge. After breakfast the road trip starts, visit Sajjangad fort. After lunch visit Thoseghar water-fall and Chalkewadi windmill. Return back to the guest house by evening. Spend the rest of the day at leasure. Day 3: Leave early morning around 5 am to reach in time for the Sun rise at Kaas plateau. Spend the first half of the day admiring the beautiful flowers and also visit Kaas Lake. After lunch drive to the beautiful boating village of Bamnoli. Return back to Satara and leave the same evening by 8pm. I was really happy that I traveled with TheLandOutThere.com because they never had any issues with us clicking tonnes of pictures in the plateau and that was according to me the best thing about travelling with these guys they are really chilled out. But I surely had the time of my life with the land out there, these guys surely known how to have fun and backpack. The trip was so chilled out and yet we did it all. My trip to Kaas is over but this is surely not the end of my travels with these guys.
