Words are not enough to describe this place and is a must do before you figure out you are dead. It is a challenge both physically and mentally but the end result is breathtaking. As far as TLOW goes, Sherwin was born to travel and explore the land of wanderlust. Reply Yash Mavani March 26, 2017 The journey was really pleasant since the begenning. Its a total value for money or perhaps more. They have delivered more than promised. A complete backpacking experience. Visit the place before its mainstream. Reply Dhruv Patel March 26, 2017 Backpacking at its best, unique place to get lost or be found. Became one with nature and its warm people. Spiti has it all. Reply Ruheena Sultaa March 26, 2017 My 3rd trip with TLOW! Every trip has been different and so was this one. Infact this was a level up of the last 2 trips(Leh-Ladakh and Little Rann of Kutch). Yet again I’ve fallen with the mountains. My favourite days were very well spent in Dhankar, Langza and Manali. Special Shout out to Sherwin for being a great friend, an amazing guide and a “all the time ready to help” fellow traveller. Awaiting to join TLOW on my 4th trip in Q1 2017. Loads of love and best of luck for the upcoming trips! Reply Aamil Darwesh March 25, 2017 Spiti was beautiful and it is truly a world within a world! TLOW is one of the best travel companies that I have travelled with. Sherwin is very helpful host and guide, and now a very dear friend. He has taken care of all our wims and problems and sorted us with the best of Himachal. Just wish to have more of these lovely experiences. Thank you for making my trip so enjoyable! Reply Kumar Aswani March 25, 2017 I was a tad skeptical when I booked myself a seat on this trip, to be honest. I had never heard of TLOW/Sherwin. But getting myself on this trip was the best decesion of the year. What I really liked was the open ended blueprint which tried to cover almost every place with sufficient time for soaking in the experience and at leisure- the ideal way to cover Spiti. The people I met on this trip were the other highlight. All chilled out people from different corners of the country. Sherwin tags along as a fellow traveller and not necessarily a tour guide which keeps the mood in the camp casual and jovial. His affection for pictures + GoPro makes sure that the rest of us dont waste time clicking a million pictures and enjoy the view instead. I had the most amazing time Sherwin, right from the funny bus ride at Delhi to cutting a cake at Mandi. Thank you for these 11 days! I was fortunate to meet new people and officially become a member of the ‘barbarians’. I also got to travel to the beautiful village of ‘Turtuk’ and met Karim Bhai who happened to be an inspirational man. Thanks to TLOW once again for being patient and understanding and giving us an experience of a lifetime. Looking forward to Hampi. Reply Tusshar Saigal August 30, 2015 This was my bachelor’s trip. Boy! Was it better than Thailand, Goa or any other place I would have landed up in. I can only thank my best friends for this awesome trip with TLOW. I have been to many mountain places in India so far. Ladakh tops my list. I have never had such a magical experience in my life. I doubt I would have experienced Ladakh the way I did if it was not for TLOW. The TLOW team is awesome, the were flexible and gave suggestions during the trip to make our experience of ladakh even better. The add ons that TLOW offered made the trip more memorable and the extra cost was very minimal. Turtuk was not a part of our initial blueprint but since the team TLOW insisted that it will be the best part of the trip and indeed it was. I can’t believe that I saw K2 and the point where Pakistan had retreated during the 1971 war. The accommodation was also amazing and the road to Turtuk was mesmerising. All in all Ladakh has been the best experience of my life. It was an action packed trip with long travels in the beautiful Nubra Valley. TLOW gave me the best back packing experience that I have always craved for. If you are a city dweller who is bored of malls in the city and if you are hungry for adventure just book TLOW for any location that you have not seen for you and your best friends; I promise you that it will be an experience of your life. An experience filled with memories that will last forever. Reply Abhishek Jaiswal August 30, 2015 One of the most amazing experiences of my life. Will cherish these 11 days for the rest of my life. Really looking forward to more trips with TLOW. Thank you very much. Reply Neeraja August 30, 2015 Spiti valley is one of the most beautiful places I have been too. We had come with a Ladakh trip in mind so was initially disappointed because the roads to Ladakh did not open. But Spiti valley is a beautiful place and made up for Ladakh. Your idea of TLOW is good & unique the trip was fun and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Reply Shruti August 30, 2015 Thank you TLOW very much for the wonderful time that we had in Spiti Valley. The place is beautiful & peaceful. The travelling was very tough but totally worth it in the end. Had really interesting co-travellers over all it was a great experience Reply Prateep S August 30, 2015 Glad I came on this trip. I did not read the blueprint and came to the Leh trip on Sagar’s recommendation. The first day started with a bang literally. And after that everyday was a surprise and I loved every moment. I loved every moment of this trip. Thanks a million. Reply Jithin J C August 7, 2015 The second part of my 20 days with TLOW and the best guys to travel with. Easily the best road trip and the best journey of my life so far. 3rd TLOW badge and many more to go. We walked the less travelled roads, bore the harsh sun and saw the bright moon. The winds blowing over the barren lands. I have seen a world which is full and yet so alone. Day have passed so fast before my eyes and have brought tears to my eyes and laughter to my face. Till next time. Reply Rohit August 7, 2015 I don’t know where to start. Each day and each place kept getting better. I knew Spiti would be beautiful but never thought so much :-). It was fun travelling with old pals again. I will never ever forget this road trip. Thank you TLOW for showing me some of the most beautiful places I have seen in my life. I will surely keep coming back for more. Reply Shrishti August 7, 2015 A novel idea revolving around great passion, thats the impression of TLOW that I take away after what has been a wonderful journey. I could not have hoped for a more promising initiative into back packing. Potential disappointment over Ladakh was skillfully replaced with a well organised road trip to Spiti Valley. The trip was planned and executed quite efficiently with sufficient flexibility allowed to the travellers as well. Your staying options deserve a special mention for their specially chosen locations. Spiti was divine and I could have never imagined that rugged and barren could be so beautiful. I am honestly glad that I took the leap of faith. Thanks to the trip my love affair with himachal now stands infinite with time. Reply Romit and Akshay August 6, 2015 A trip to Ladakh was in our bucket list since quite some time and we finally decided to execute it this summer. This is when one of our friends recommended TLOW since she had travelled to Ladakh with you’ll last year. We were basically looking for a cost effective well scheduled trip in which we would not have to worry about the planning. After speaking to the guys at TLOW we were convinced that this was a trip which we would have to make. Our trip began with a disappointment when we learnt that the roads to Ladakh were blocked with heavy snow fall. Thats when TLOW came up with a back up plan to Spiti Valley and assured us value for our money which indeed happened. The back packing trip was one of its kind. The long travel time was worth the scenic beauty of Spiti Valley. The memories of snow clad mountains, flowing rivers, remote villages will remain with us for a long time. Thanks a lot TLOW. Reply Nehal Khan August 7, 2015 One of the best road trips ever. The trip kept getting better each passing day. And i can proudly say that I have been to one of the most beautiful, rugged, treacherous terrains in the world. This is surely the best trip I have ever done in my life. Hope to come back to Spiti sometime soon. Reply Kumar Nakay November 21, 2013 Very well planned I will be backpacking to these places next summer. This is a very good thing for me to follow.
